  • To assist communities in formation of voluntary organization under Voluntary Social Welfare registration and control Act 1961.
  • Technical and financial assistance to voluntary organizations.
  • To assist communities in formation of Citizen Community Boards (CCBs) under local Govt. (LG) ordinance 2001.
  • To assist CCBs in Planning and Execution of Developmental activities.
